The TSHOOT 642-832 exam will certify that the successful candidate has important knowledge and skills necessary to

(1) plan and perform regular maintenance on complex enterprise routed and switched networks and

(2) use technology-based practices and a systematic ITIL-compliant approach to perform network troubleshooting.

Ravi Chandran holds a MEng degree in Computer Networks from Ryerson University, Canada. He also holds Triple CCIE certifications in Routing and Switching, Security and Service Provider.

Ravi has been working in the networking industry for the past two decades. He currently works as a senior consultant for a major service provider in Canada for over 10 years. His extensive experience with Routing and Switching and Voice environment allowing him to design, develop and implement complex solutions for many mission critical enterprise and service provider networks.

He has been developing and delivering Cisco Network Training programs for over 10 years. He became a Cisco certified Academy instructor in 2007 when He was working as a Professor and Head of Networking department at the University of Ontario, Canada.  Ravi is also Cisco certified instructor, his passion for teaching goes back to his teens when he started teaching in his first year at college.
